Liverpool City Council are to put measures in place to try to minimise disruption during work on the city's major regeneration schemes.
Work is due to begin on the massive Grosvenor city centre development, along with projects like the Fourth Grace and a tram system.
Commuters are likely to see their routes changed and bus journeys altered during the work.
Assistant Executive Director for regeneration, Tom McCabe, says they will draw on the experience of people from other cities that have undergone similar regeneration.
