CHARTERED surveyors and property consultants Gerald Eve is moving its Liverpool office to the prestigious Princes Dock riverside development.
The firm, which has been established on Merseyside for over 40 years, takes up occupancy of its new accommodation at 8 Princes Parade on Monday.
With increased attention on the dockside area forming a central strand of Liverpool's Capital of Culture bid, Steven Grindley, a partner
at Gerald Eve's Liverpool office, says his team is eager to move in and become part of the bustling waterfront activity.
Said Mr Grindley: "The move affirms our commitment to the North West market."
