LIVERPOOL'S Stop the Rot campaign to save important buildings must make more progress by 2008, according to the Bishop of Liverpool.
The Rt Rev James Jones also reminded this week's meeting that an imminent decision on Grosvenor's multi-million pound Paradise Street scheme will have a major impact on the capaign to regenerate Liverpool landmarks.
