Ambitious Office project given funding £10m

A point I'd like to make is that a lot of this new building and construction seems to be hurried, just like the 60/70's when some fatal errors were made .

No matter how much we all wish for Liverpool 2007/8 to be a fantastic success for the city, mistakes will be made.

Liverpool besides hoping to attract succesfull Merseyside emigrates back, it is also attracting southerners with an eye on a cheap (to them) waterfront apartment, and slap bang in the inner city..

But so is Toxteth, so is Kenny, so is Vauxhall, so is Everton. I hope this area's benefit from 2008 too, I know their are regeneration programmes in place, but people have been waiting patiently for decades for regeneration..

I dont know the ins and outs of it but the area needs the regeneration that has been promised due to this new stadium doenst it?

Thats the point, why are the allowing building on a public open space ? surely we should be protecting our green space ..
