LIVERPOOL'S unused and derelict buildings will become temporary art venues during this year's biennial art festival.
Many of them will be taken over by The Art Organisation, a London-based non-profit-making company which specialises in such things.
The company - whose international membership is made up entirely of artists - has its own London gallery which had been converted from derelict premises "forgotten after the construction of the M11 Link Road".
