Yeah, I saw this last night and this morning when I was coming home. There's the hanging traffic lights, a yellow cab and a cop car. One of the building there was dressed up as a new york bar too. Cwarfee and donuts all round

TELEVISION commissioners are planning to come to Liverpool to meet independent film-makers in a move that could be a huge boost to the city's creative industries.
Film development agency North West Vision and film trade promoters Pact are planning to meet with Channel 4 and BBC executives in the city in the New Year.
It is hoped that more productions will be signed up for television programmes which can be made in Merseyside.
They are currently in negotiations with other companies and it is hoped that Sky will also visit Liverpool.
Normally, small companies have to travel to London in the hope of making contacts with the big broadcasters.
A spokeswoman for North West Vision said: "BBC and Channel 4 are under pres-sure to fulfil their regional commissioning quotas and meeting with independents can be a difficult and time-consuming process for both parties.
"Independents can lose valuable creative time travelling to and from London trying to pitch their ideas and commissioners don't always give time to the new regional independents."
Alice Morrison, chief executive of North West Vision, said: "We at North West Vision are committed to developing and strengthening relationships with our local production companies through our sector development programme.
"These events are an example of how we are assisting in developing business opportunities and growing and sustaining local production."
North West Vision says that the feedback from the independents in the region has been positive and all attendees asked the group to organise more events.
Margaret Scott, director of Pact, said: "These events offer a fantastic opportunity for independents to meet with top network commissioners, to get a clear insight into what future ideas they are looking for and build up personal relationships."
Pact is the UK trade association that represents and promotes the commercial interests of independent feature film, television, animation and interactive media companies.
The North West media industry is the largest outside London with 11pc of all networked programming being produced in the North West, including Hollyoaks, Cold Feet, The Forsyte Saga and Coronation Street.
The business contributes hundreds of millions of pounds to the regional economy and the future of the industry is seen as both vital to, and a great opportunity for, the North West.

THERE were lights, cameras and action around Merseyside at the weekend.
Sky TV moved in to film a commercial for a new digital channel.
The producers wanted to capture an eastern-bloc look - and apparently parts of Liverpool waterfront, the city centre and a bit of Birkenhead fitted the bill.
Dockland apartment residents were treated to a spectacular car chase during filming.
Police patrolled parts of Trafalgar Dock and Regent Road to allow film crews to stage the high-speed race safely.
Kevin Jackson added: "Sky were very impressed with the helpfulness of the Liverpool Film Office and I am sure they will be back to film more things here."
