The merseywave is due to be taken down early next week, the work of art is to redesigned after concern over how it is being effected by high winds! This could take 2 months to be back on site and will cost thousands!!! Even though it was designed to move in strong winds, its feared that suddern movements could distract passing drivers!!!
What have you got to say about that!?
I tell u what, its had a positive effect on speeding drivers, how many drivers do u see slowing down.......to have a look....
