ONE of London's prestige estate agents has become the latest in a string of firms based in the capital to open an office in Liverpool.
Knight Frank is following in the footsteps of Queen's bankers Coutts, the Bank of New York and property developers Bruntwood, by opening up a Liverpool office to take advantage of the city's thriving economy.
The firm, which has sold houses for more than £40m in London, is looking to have its Liverpool office up and running by May.
