A WAR between sandwich shops could soon be waged on the streets of Liverpool as lunch bar Pret A Manger eyes up the city.
The sandwich chain, which has dominated the market in the south for the last decade, says it would be eager to introduce Merseysiders to its menu if it found the right site to open up a shop.
Location is key for the sandwich chain which has opened and closed stores in Manchester and Birmingham after choosing the "wrong site".
Nice to see it going wrong in other big cities and Liverpool being considered!!
