A LIVERPOOL woman is to carry the flame for Britain in the Olympic torch relay.
Angela Chapman, will take part in the event which welcomes the torch on British soil for the first time since 1948.
The flame is to be carried across six continents before arriving in Athens for the games opening ceremony on August 13.
Mother-of-three Angela, 38, from Sefton Park, said: "I can't believe I'm taking part in something as wonderful as the build up to the Olympic Games.
