The costumes, involving over 1,200 participants from communities across Merseyside, will be premiered as part of the Lord Mayor's Parade, on July 10. Designed by former Notting Hill Carnival costume designer and production manager Ray Allen Mahabir, they are currently being created by a teamfrom organiser Brouhaha International with help from community groups and schools fromacross Merseyside. more info here!
