A MERSEYSIDE recruitment agency that began life in an office above a shop 14 years ago is now on course for a £30m turnover as it embarks on a major expansion drive.
Scantec Personnel was started with just £5,000 cash by John Robinson and Peter Bates in Oxton in 1990.
This week the company opened an office in Liverpool city centre, its third Merseyside office.
