A MERSEYSIDE comedian has created a four year-long stand-up routine based on Liverpool's Capital of Culture win.
Formby-based Brendan Riley's show, Culture Vulture, has proved so popular at gigs all over the country that he is now planning to continue performing it until 2008.
His material, which aims to keep the city on its toes as it prepares for the year of celebrations, will evolve as the countdown begins.
