I personally have reservations about the way we are 'sanitising' the City. Are we now to abandon our past, along with the Big Issue, Quiggins, and The Picket, in favour of luxury apartments and department stores?

A large part of the Capital of culture bid was based on the culture and people of Liverpool...its about our past present and future..and all of it is good and to be celebrated! ;D I hate it when 'observers' write thing like that! and they have little to do with us...
